Troy and his team were great to work with, we've had him out multiple times now and will continue using Performance HVAC! We first found them because I called nearly every company in the area asking very specifically what service is actually included in their tune-ups; in previous years I've found what a lot of companies call a 'tune-up' is just a paid inspection and no real 'tuning'. Troy and team were absolutely incredible. My furnace gave out during a cold spell and they were able to get out to me the same day. He explained the different options available to me while being sensitive of costs, keeping in mind the pros and cons of different choices and not ever being pushy. I am so grateful to Troy for helping me get the furnace back up and working ASAP and letting me know what needed to happen right away vs what could wait a little longer. Reliable, quick, efficient, fair price. I needed my water heater ducting replaced, and these guys worked me into their schedule same day and came out and fixed it SO FAST at exactly what they quoted. They even gave me opinions on a couple other problems. I'm so happy I'm hiring them again for another project. Thank you!
