I’m having my hip replaced and needed a raised toilet seat. I decided to try this store since it’s closer to home, but unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem well-trained. I had previously gone to Diamond Athletics, where the service was excellent—they provided a helpful diagram and clear instructions on how to properly measure the toilet bowl for a correct fit. Fantastic experience! The team at the Meadowood location (just learned there was a new location in Transcona! Awesome!) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made my recent purchase smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this company for any medical supply needs!
