As a kinesiologist, I was hesitant to try chiropractic treatment as I didn't know much about it and am a strong believer in exercise therapy. Because of someone's recommendation, I saw Dr. Nielson for chiropractic treatments because my left glute was not activating like the right (if I did a single leg glute bridge on the left side, I mostly felt the hamstrings instead of the glutes like when doing the single leg bridge on my right side).
