A great atmosphere at this facility. It offers lockers, saunas, towels. Has a great weight room, and cardio center. Offers an assortment of classes, ranging from yoga, Zumba,and stretching. Trainers are available for personal training. Also has two well certified massage therapists. People are friendly, it’s a perfect place to work out.
