Wide range of equipment to fit all abilities… Always clean and equipment well maintained… But equipment doesn’t make a fitness center, the staff is what makes this place so great. They are friendly, and supportive. I am particularly impressed on how they treat the more aged clients. I’ve observed the trainers treating those people with the upmost respect , patience, and dignity. In this day and age It is quite refreshing. The atmosphere is friendly nonjudgmental, And encouraging. Well, worth the investment

Performance health & fitness is professional, clean, safe place to workout! Amanda is the best personal trainer! Love the separate ladies workout rooms. The sauna is the icing on the cake!

I moved to Peterborough 1 month ago and coming to the gym has been always part of my routine. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming, Brian, Eric, Jesse. The gym is always clean, empty, and I love the sauna and the room just for ladies to workout.
