Performance Health and Fitness is an excellent facility. There is no other local options that can beat what they have to offer. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the equipment is well maintained. I attended this gym for approximately three years and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Wide range of equipment to fit all abilities… Always clean and equipment well maintained… But equipment doesn’t make a fitness center, the staff is what makes this place so great. They are friendly, and supportive. I am particularly impressed on how they treat the more aged clients. I’ve observed the trainers treating those people with the upmost respect , patience, and dignity. In this day and age It is quite refreshing. The atmosphere is friendly nonjudgmental, And encouraging. Well, worth the investment

Performance health & fitness is professional, clean, safe place to workout! Amanda is the best personal trainer! Love the separate ladies workout rooms. The sauna is the icing on the cake!
