I have never been someone who wanted to work out at a gym until the last few months, and I’m just loving it. My trainer Matt is so knowledgeable and makes sure I understand the equipment and form in a really kind way and also challenges me, and all the people are just regular people working out — every age, size, and level of fitness. The staff are super nice and I just feel really comfortable there!

Best gym in the CR corridor by far. Excellent member centered pricing that doest gouge members for ever little thing like some other gyms nor do they lock you into contracts. They also have excellent well educated, certified, and experienced personal trainers that have worked at Performance for years. I find the personal training costs to be the best, and provide the most flexibility compared to other areas gyms. Staff seem happy and taken care of and I believe they put that care back into their work.

I did a week-long trial here in June, and I can say that this is a very good gym. Solid pricing, really nice staff, good selection of equipment for the value, and a clean and enjoyable workout atmosphere. While I chose to go with another gym, I will still speak highly of this place. Would recommend to those looking for a gym to lift weights in, perform cardio exercises and group fitness. Oh and I can add that Alisa who is in charge is a really nice person. She is so approachable and open to talk.
