Ordered the wrong product but Performance Health refused to cancel my order even though the product had not left the warehouse. No refund possible either. Buyer beware.
I would give zero stars if that choice was available. I've never written a review before but hopefully this will help to save and discourage even one person from ordering anything from this company. The worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life - an absolute nightmare from the beginning to the end of the process - from ordering to receipt of the items to payment - astounded that they could still be in business.
This is the first time I’ve ever written a Google review, but I felt I had to. Over the past two months, they sent me the wrong item twice while I was waiting for the correct one. Recently, they informed me that the item is no longer in stock. Very disappointing experience. On top of that, I constantly had to follow up by email, and responses were always very slow. I’m a nurse and went to my physio’s clinic for treatment and they had bio freeze products available. It gave me fast relief of my neck/shoulder and lower back pain. When I have a bit of a flare up from wear and tear, I use this twice a day (before work and before bed). I just sprained my ankle so I slabbed it on there too! I like the smell and cooling effect!
