This is the first time I’ve ever written a Google review, but I felt I had to. Over the past two months, they sent me the wrong item twice while I was waiting for the correct one. Recently, they informed me that the item is no longer in stock. Very disappointing experience. On top of that, I constantly had to follow up by email, and responses were always very slow. I’m a nurse and went to my physio’s clinic for treatment and they had bio freeze products available. It gave me fast relief of my neck/shoulder and lower back pain. When I have a bit of a flare up from wear and tear, I use this twice a day (before work and before bed). I just sprained my ankle so I slabbed it on there too! I like the smell and cooling effect!
Biofreeze is a great product. My mom uses it all the time and it helps with her pain.
Excellent service and good prices, I would highly recommend visiting this establishment for complete fulfilment of performance and health services in Canada and its affiliate countries. Having experienced multiple establishments for my performance and for my health, I can boldly state that this one is certainly the cleanest.
