I feel so blessed to have found Performance Health & Wellness. I met with Tara Kazemfar for the first time this week, and have been doing her recommended exercises for some pelvic floor issues. I already feel better. I don't believe I've met someone who is as educated and knowledgeable about this issue. I look forward to working with her and learning more about pelvic floor issues.
