Ari is the absolute best! I went in for pelvic floor therapy. I was have major urinary issues among other things. She is very knowledgeable, personal and professional. She’s also very easy to talk to. I went there for nearly a year before recovering drastically. Ari has been come a true friend and champion for my health and wellness! I highly recommend her
After breaking my leg during soccer I was really eager to get back on my feet and playing again. Hima was truly amazing in getting me there, very encouraging and always introducing new exercises to progress me to the next stage. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
