BEWARE ALL BUYERS & THOSE IN NEED OF SERVICE REPAIR(S) I took my 2012 Street Glider to Performance Harley Davidson Syracuse to be repaired in March 2022 for the following: Right Side Highway Peg, Right Side Rear Bag, Front Farrings, Bat Wing, Wind Screen, Deck & Front Speakers, Rear View Mirror and Left Turn Signal. We were sold a bike with no keys. The sales experience was poor. Wrong info time and time again. Wrong info from sales, wrong info for closing, wasted trips in for closing, wrong info on trade, wrong info on finance....the list goes on and on. It's the bike I wanted so we finally closed. The blame game started for pickup. Its the sales person's fault, its parts, it's service etc. Bike was picked up without keys and we were told we didn't need keys.
