Has to be the best gym in the area, staff friendly and welcoming. All equipment maintained to a high standard also the gym is spotless. P.G Kilwinning is the place to be for your fitness requirements! ♂️
Performance Gym in Kilwinning is a fantastic place to train. The kit is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Nothing is a bother, and there is a nice community atmosphere. PG Kilwinning has been pivotal in my journey attending the gym, and my fantastic PT Laura has helped me build confidence. The staff team is just the best! Would highly recommend.
