Cold called my office, asked to speak with who is in charge of printers, etc. Let him know I’d take a number to reach him back at instead of releasing our office managers email. Got upset and became rude and hung up. This company has no ethics for calling people back..I bought this xerox machine and it comes with their sticker on it for calling in service and buying supplies. It is useless because I've attempted to call multiple times with no response with different extensions. I left a voicemail for them to call me back and received no response. This is in a course of a few months! I am so frustrated and need help with my Xerox Versalink and haven't been able to resolve multiple issues I have now. Why are they in business again?
