I had another company scheduled a couple days out (the soonest they could come) and Austin called me back and came same-day; fixed both garage doors and programmed remotes/cars within a couple hours. Pricing is always going to be close but knowing he's a local owner I didn't worry about splitting hairs over price. I'm sure he gave the best he could but I'm more concerned about continued service down the road.
