11/4/24 my Husband Bob took our 2019 f350 diesel truck in to Performance Ford with engine light on. They cleared the code and told me if the light came on again to bring it back in. I was charged $200 for the testing. 12/6/24 I brought the truck back in again for check engine light and exhaust fumes smell. They told me they replaced a sensor and cleared the code. If you’re shopping and aren’t 100% sure what you’re after, ask for Cameron. Dont be fooled by his youth - he understands what many sales people don’t: how to listen to the customer and match what they’re after to what he has. If he doesn’t have it, he won’t try to steer you to something that’s not a good fit. This dealership has a very low pressure, easy going vibe. You won’t be rushed, and you will be heard. Highly recommended.
This dealership was amazing, I purchase trucks every year and deal with multiple dealerships, honestly these guys didn’t screw around with hidden fees and were fast and efficient on everything. Very impressed.
I have had multiple vehicles in for repair here and have had a horrible experience every time. In my opinion every tech I was assigned had been incompetent at diagnosing and making repairs I paid over $1,200 to get my key fob to work on a car. I paid around $800 to get a diagnosis of why my power window does not work on one window (never got that repair done because they wanted another $750 to repair it).
