Our saga continues. After being lied to about the taxes when we first bought the car we now found out that they did the contract on the wrong VIN and have not sent the title to the bank. We only found out because we are trying to refinance it. The bank has tried multiple times to get the title and then called about the contract, and no one will get back to them. 11/4/24 my Husband Bob took our 2019 f350 diesel truck in to Performance Ford with engine light on. They cleared the code and told me if the light came on again to bring it back in. I was charged $200 for the testing. 12/6/24 I brought the truck back in again for check engine light and exhaust fumes smell. They told me they replaced a sensor and cleared the code. Dont be fooled by his youth - he understands what many sales people don’t: how to listen to the customer and match what they’re after to what he has. If he doesn’t have it, he won’t try to steer you to something that’s not a good fit. This dealership has a very low pressure, easy going vibe. You won’t be rushed, and you will be heard.
