Horrible customer service in the service department. Took my truck in for a recall, was told it was going to between 45 minutes to 4 hours. Went to the extremely hot waiting room, someone in the back yelled the F word very loud, then I told the service girl I’ll come back and to call me for an update. She never did, my truck was there for nearly 6 hours. I had to call and got put on hold for like 8 minutes. I am very disappointed with (non)Performance Ford. I have a 2001 motorhome built on a Ford E450 chassis. Last year they worked on my cooling system. They had some difficulty finding some parts so it took some time fixing it. Totally understandable. Today I brought it in to work on the chassis air conditioning. I was told that they no longer work on anything older than 10 years old. Supposedly it's the decision of the new manager. I have mixed feelings about my recent experience. On one hand, the service team did a great job; they were prompt, professional, and showed excellent teamwork despite being clearly overloaded. However, management needs to step up. I am disappointed that they used a cheap off-site service that lacked professionalism. Without my permission, this third party took my vehicle off-site and returned it with a deep scratch on the door. Despite how busy the service team was, they did an excellent job getting my Jeep smog issue fixed and provided outstanding service and support. They paid close attention to detail and were willing to go the extra mile when I asked. Although they seemed very busy, with a little patience they deliver great service. I’m grateful that everything worked out so well.

Came in to have a TPMS monitor fault light checked out. I was told they would update me on what the issue is as well as how long I can expect considering if parts were in stock or not. I left the dealership , never received a call despite then taking my contact information. 6 hours later I return and ask what’s going on and that I have to leave.
