Horrible experience getting my F-150 Lariat serviced at this dealership - Avoid at all cost! Had two warrantied repairs (cam phaser issue and moon roof failure) that I was originally told would take only a week - engine knocking. However, they literally held my truck for over the entire summer, about 3 months, and still did not complete the repairs professionally. Do not buy a car from here or go here for service. Purchased a Ford Explorer from here a few years ago and it has never functioned correctly. Car came with an electrical issue that destroys the battery (been through 4 batteries in 5 years). Service center is incompetent. Brought my car there to "fix" the electrical issue, took a month, charged me $1400, and the car still does not work.
