These are the worst people on earth to deal with. They are rude unprofessional and if your car has any actual issues I’d suggest taking it somewhere else
Do not buy a car from here or go here for service. Purchased a Ford Explorer from here a few years ago and it has never functioned correctly. Car came with an electrical issue that destroys the battery (been through 4 batteries in 5 years). Service center is incompetent. Brought my car there to "fix" the electrical issue, took a month, charged me $1400, and the car still does not work. During that month the service center would not call me to provide an update, I would have to call, usually multiple times on the same day, ju... read more

I went to this dealership due close by after having transmission shift gear issue on my car. There are unprofessional at all, communication, service do not know there job at all ,they did not provide detailed diagnostic report and what is causing issue,just complete lie,they said transmission needs to be replaced But is Shift Linkage,do not even step into that dealer,stay away from those people, you guys as dealer should not be exist in the business,do not provide update on promised date and do not inspect vehicle As you can... read more
