Do not bring your vehicle here for service or repairs! This Service Center is disorganized and keeps your vehicle for days without doing anything. I wouldn’t trust them to repair a bicycle. They forget to reset service lights and apparently can’t perform wheel alignments on trucks with a standard bed length but still charge you for it. The service center employees do not know the maintenance schedule for the Ford Vehicles they sell and service, they had the vehicle for 3+ days and no maintenance was done like requested. I was visiting in northern NJ and I left the hotel on a Saturday morning in a wet snow storm just to have my drivers side wiper break off from the weight of the snow. I call a local Ford dealer (Performance) and they had one mechanic on duty and the parts department was open. I drove over and a nice young man put on the new blade that I bought in parts and I got underway on my 500 Mike journey back home. They were lifesavers!! Service takes a long time which is fine, but driver drove my car into a giant pot hole on the way out bringing the car out front.
Do not under any circumstances bring your vehicle here for any repair, especially one covered under warranty, regardless of what they tell you up front. 9 weeks of virtual radio silence from them, in spite of dozens of calls and emails by myself, Ford Premium Care, and Ford Customer Service, and several visits in person. Even getting a basic update like what work are you doing, how long will it take, or even is there an update was met with silence.
