Less than 1 star! Another salesMAN that dosen't listen to the customer. I was looking to buy a 63k mustang in cash. I thought I was going to deal with a sales woman. Then, passed on to a young man who thought it was funny to tease a woman about it not being an automatic. Excellent service team!
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit. I came in to drop off my car for an oil change, and the receptionist, Danielle, was quite rude in her interaction with me. Additionally, I overheard her speaking negatively about me after I asked for a drop-off at my home, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unprofessional.
