I had an absolutely terrible experience with Performance Ford East Hanover and would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. From the very first phone call, Karen was rude, abrasive, and sounded annoyed that I even called. My appointment was then pushed back, and after waiting a total of TEN DAYS, I paid $275 just to be told I “need a new transmission” with virtually no explanation of what was actually wrong with it. This place can't make a change oil at the same day, they requires two weeks for an appointment, looks like a joke but it's not!
Had my Mach E worked on for the Camera replacement, took them a little while, but had a loaner provided and they did the work right.
Don't use your cars to do any kind of service there. FORD NEVER MORE. I bought the Ford Escape SE. Less than 1 year ago the car had transmission problems. As I have an extended car warranty, I made the appointment for February 6, 2024. Guess what? The car remains parked in the yard and so far there is no position as to when they will move it.
