From the time I dropped off my car for service 9 am, I was tended to right away. The tech already had the reason why I was there and had the paperwork ready. I have Tricor for car repairs, a claim was submitted and was told they will call me to let me know the result. I asked for valet to drive me home. I had no problem with the sales person or the sales manager. The only problem I had was with the loan officer Adam he had conflicting answers and that’s the only problem.
