The service people are so nice when they meet you. The whole crew is disorganized and slow moving. They epitomize government entitlement and union mentality. They are not honest people. They tried to tell us that we had a nail in the tire. They gave us a piece of metal that was supposedly from the tire. It was brand new. We had driven over 500kms with the tpms telling us that we were exactly 10 pounds low on the one tire. This establishment is why we perceive dealerships to be sketchy.
