This doctor is incompetent. Don't go to him, even if he is the only podiatrist with available appointments for months. Not worth the risk and he can't be trusted. Its taken me a long time to write this review because I struggled with my foot for so long after his mistakes. I went to him in July 2023 to talk me through options for managing foot pain (plantar fasciitis) ahead of my wedding in Italy which was happening in 9 days. I believe you should leave a medical visit feeling better (even if it’s psychologically) than you did when you arrived. That was certainly the case for me today. I cannot say enough about the quality of care I received from Dr. Butts and his staff. X-rays were done on the spot and I have a good treatment plan. I appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of care I received. I am picky about my healthcare - this is a strong recommend!
