I'm only giving 2 stars because you can park on the street outside the entrance, checking in is pretty smooth except for the long line at the gate 5am appt and you can stay checking in with guard at 4am. Receiving office doesn't open until 5 so if it's cold I advise you stay in your truck until then. You will need your DOT # when talking to lumper service
Arrived at 0420 for a 0500 appointment. There was a line down the road waiting. After getting checked in at the gate at 0520 and put in a dock for 2 hours I was asked to change docks. Well it's now after 0900 and. I am still not unloaded. But they are fast getting their lumper payments. They sent that text out around 0530 haha. So just go to sleep whenever you hit the dock, they are going to take awhile.
Waited 25 min to ckeck in cuze the lady in the office walked out to a smoke break as soon as i walked in and then they just took their time its ok just a trucker standing there waiting
Do not come here OTR. Its been 5 hours since my trailer was unloaded, waiting on paperwork
