I'm curious where you get your information from. If you have every met the owner Jim for more than a minute, you would know that he doesnt have a Son. It is a pretty salacious claim to make about business practices considering you don't seem to have all the facts. We have had both our cars tinted with him and take our bichon to his pet spa and have had nothing but good experiences.
Working in the automotive industry I have dealt with many tint shops over the years. Performance Films always has great customer service by people that know window tint. They use Llumar tint (look it up!) and the latest technology to consistently crank out superior results in less time then other shops. I don't care how long the mobile guy doing tint out of the back of his van has been doing tint, you are not getting the same results in a parking lot with a razor blade. that being said.. they have very competitive rates..
