I am a Realtor in Boyne City and we had a home that we were under contract on for our buyer clients. The inspection showed that at one point, the roof of the home had caught fire. Tried to hire them they pick and choose jobs would not give two min on phone
I was a new client who needed and engineers report done on a house quickly. I ended up working with Ben, and he was able to come out to the site quickly, and gave me the report the same day. Furthermore he also scheduled a contractor to come to the home and give a estimate for the actual work. I really appreciated Ben and Performance Engineers, they went above and beyond.
