This is also 'Superior Lite Camper Trailers', same gentleman. Communication was a chore, a lot of work to get answers out of him. Pickup was slow and he kept delaying. Got the camper and was happy until I found out the roof leaked. Sealed it myself with proper sealant as he uses the wrong material. A/C never worked, had to replace that too. Rewired this year for a solar project, found that the wiring was overloaded and the fuse too large - good thing it didn't burn down one night. Got house 8 months after est date. Roof leaked 1st rain. He "fixed". Still leaked. Driving lights didn't work. Shorted wire. Heater did not work. He did eventually replace. Blamed it on bad propane. Would not recommend.

Never got our fish house after a year and needed to ask for money back would not do business with them. Communication was the worst I have ever witnessed. Kept getting house will be done in couple weeks and year later later what a waste of time. I would stick to a dealership for a fish house...

I purchased a house from Performance Engineering 5 years ago, and the house is holding up like New, the Quality of Workmanship that Tom and his Crew put out is second to none, I am having them build me another House this summer, and can’t wait to show it off as I have had nothing but compliments on my first build, keep up the Great work Tom & Crew.
