This review is based on my personal experience with Performance Electrical Co Inc., as well as what I’ve gathered from reading just a portion of the many negative reviews on Yelp and Google. Do not ignore the bad reviews! I submitted a claim through Choice Home Warranty for a leaking bathroom sink drain, and Performance Electrical was assigned to handle the repair. Jeff was very knowledgeable.
Bob was nice and professional. He explained the problem. The only thing is an approval from the insurance company to fix the problem. Another appointment is needed to fix the problem and it is causing the customer the and company time to fix the problem. It is a drawn back on customer service.
