Our water heater has an ignition problem code 111. Anytime it is slightly cold outside, our hot water doesn't work. Service person looked at it, said it was in stand by mode( which it if always in stand by unless it's running) asked if it needed to be flushed and left. Not sure what he did, but there was no hot water when I got home from work at midnight and now at 5 am, the water heater is just flashing "111" with no hot water.
