I had an awesome experience at Performance Edge CrossFit! The class environment was incredibly friendly, and the coaching from Torey was top-notch. The atmosphere was fun and motivating, making the workout fly by. I especially loved the partner-style workout—such a fantastic way to stay engaged and push each other. Highly recommend checking this place out!
PECF is the place to be!!! All the coaches meet you where you are at, and push you to your best. There is always scaling options available and the coaches make sure you know what you are doing. The community is welcoming and fun; good vibes for sure! The owner, clay, is more than educated on how the gym is run, keeping equipment safe, and knowing the people!
I've been going here for about a week now. Amazing people all around. I'm a total beginner and they adjust for that. Amazing workout. Very encouraging. Highly recommend.
