100% recommend it. Every young athlete needs strenght training from a structured and serious trainers who take time to establish a baseline for each athlete and cater for their specific needs. My son had a good improvement on his strength and stamina showing 3 second drop on his swim event times after 3 weeks of training. Definitely recommend it.
My daughter has been going to Performance Edge for about 2 years now. I have seen a huge difference in her volleyball performance and overall strength and endurance both on and off the court. This last week we took a family vacation to Uganda which included a very treacherous 6 hour (round trip) hike to view gorillas.
