Excellent! When I started I was in constant pain and what felt like never ending. I am proud to say I not only feel better than I ever have but I was able to learn and adapt my body to beneficial exercises to help improve my body. Minh is awesome, he works with you and is able to target the things your body needs to help build endurance and strength you may be looking for! Honestly the best Physical Therapy I have ever been to.
Took a month & half off from training to work with Minh & PD Physical Therapy to sure up some overhead strength and other weaknesses. Combine that with traditional bodybuilding, and after 1.5 months w/ Minh I came back to training and PR’d my squat, snatch, overhead press, and clean & jerk. Thanks Minh for all the help!
Incredible attention to not only your pain and problems, but your goals. Dr. Mihn combines fitness with physical therapy in an attainable and results oriented way. My performance went up and back pain down quickly!
