I would give zero stars if that were an option. I have several recalls on my vehicle and have tried multiple times to arrange a loaner car because I depend on my vehicle for work. Our sixty thousand dollar ram 2500 (literally basically the cost of my annual salary) needs a new transmission after less than 20k miles through no fault of ours. We explained to the shop I’m 37 weeks pregnant and we need a loaner vehicle while the warranteed repair work is done so we have a way to get to the hospital should we need to.
