Went there because it's supposed to be the place to go with your diesel. All I know is it's like a grave yard there. Walked in,no greeting, no conversation. I basically had to ask everything. They did decide to check my truck, but again, had to pry out of the office help what they found. I didn't get the impression they cared if they got my business so I took my truck elsewhere and got good customer service and work done to it.
Wow. Where do I begin? My husband took his truck there over 8 weeks ago and paid him 5k cash to order parts. He was getting a new transmission, new turbo and some other things. Week after week he said he didn't have all the parts. Finally, this week, 5/15/25 it was supposed to be ready. After talking to him on Monday he stated he needed one more part and would have it detailed and ready to go on Thursday. When my husband called today to verify you won't believe what he told him. Excellent customer service and experience overall. Dropped my truck off for new shocks and struts and it was ready to pick up the following morning. Great pricing too!
I want be going back. They've had my truck for 3 months now. Every time I call, they tell me nothing. But it'll be ready middle of next week.
