these guys are great!!! if you had a problem at this shop i'm sure the real problem was you.. I wouldn't go anywhere else and literally trust these guys with my life.. more than fair on their prices and always excellent service
I bought new tires there 6 months ago. The mechanic came in early that day so I could have my bike ready for that weekend. Two days ago I noticed a odd wear pattern and took it back for them to look at. He called the tire rep. and got me a new tire and installed it at no cost! I will continue to do business there and send others there as well
I've dealt with Performance three times now and they are great to work with. Called me yesterday to update me on the status of my bike and gave me suggestions and options. Time frame for work has been right on so far. Would suggest to anyone; give these guys a shot, been great to me.
Took MC in for install of very expensive exhaust. Expected to pay more but he rushed thru the job. Damage caused by mechanic during install. Took back to show him and was greeted with F bombs and attitude. He became very defensive and would not admit any fault. He claimed that it was damage from shipping. If in fact is was damage in shipping, at the very least, I should have been told when I picked the bike up. I've been dealing with Performance Cycle for several years now, satisfaction rating.. 100%. Kevin does all the major work on my bikes, valve adjusts, tune-ups, suspension, brakes, tires, whatever I've needed. Everything done right the first time, every time, and on or before the promised completion time. All for shop rates that have been the best I've found. Parts and gear department is also great. As a female rider I highly recomend this shop. They treat me with respect and they never try to sell me more than I need.
the store is always clean and the employees always go all out to find me what i need. they go the extra mile to locate the part or accessory i'm looking for and i recieve it in a timely fashion.
I have a tt-r 50 and needed new spokes in the rear wheel. Dropped the wheel off and was told $60.00. A week later went to pick up wheel and the total was $130.00. I can understand taxes and or maybe 20 more but double the cost. i will never return i would rather drive extra just to save the money!!!!
