I called up there daily and told the guy I was coming in for a specific bile I was even willin to pay more then what the bikes worth and he said he would hold it for me.he sold it right out from under me. When I went in to pick up the bile he couldn't even look at me. Crappy service
Although I didnt purchase my M109R from Performance Cycle, they did facilitate the shipping/delivery of my bike and it was an absolute pleasure working with Ashley and company. Customer Service is leaps and bounds above top notch. How many other companies do you know of that will go out of their way for a customer on a Labor day afternoon. Performance Cycle did for me!
Bought a bike and within a month it broke down twice. 2013 with 838 miles and all the owners could say was "that's odd". Never buy from performance cycle, trash bikes and terrible customer service. Stay away.
I bought my 750 honda shadow from them right after they took over the store and they gave me an awesome deal on everything. They are super understanding and cooperative and try their best to help out everyone in anyway they can. They go beyond out of their way for their customers and I've never had a better experience anywhere, buying anything, let alone something that's an investment like a motorcycle and gear. They're great people and a joy to have and continue doing business with.
