I purchased a kit & installed it, so far so good. But my beef is with whomever replies to our emails since nobody there answers the phone. Seems if we have a problem with their products like damaged goods, you can expect to get the run around. They blame everyone else, only stalling the issue hoping that we will give up and go away. The chrome exhaust tips in my kit were damaged because they were improperly wrapped, put into a large box with bare metal exhaust pipes and shipped from Virgina to Calif.
