Very satisfied with the job they did on my Camry. Keith is very down to Earth and he tried to help me out. I really appreciate how patient and respectful they were towards me. My car also looks great now its hard to even notice that a deer hit me. Anyway I appreciate the team for assisting me in a very stressful time. They say their standard is a 10/10 and if you are not satisfied they will stand behind their motto and fix it for you. All lies. When asked to talk to the manager to try to address the issue she just took the issue personally and was offended because I thought my car wasn't fixed properly. When they brought out our car stating everything was fixed the fog lamp was not even attached and the under carriage was dragging the ground I never should of let them try to "fix" it again. Long story short: Do not waste your time, money, or energy here. I was involved in a hit and run accident where my entire front bumper was ripped off of my car at the beginning of June 2026, it is now August 2026 as I am writing this review, and 2 months later I am finally done with this company and left with an unsatisfied experience. First, instead of replacing everything associated with my front bumper, they only replaced the bumper itself. I was left with an aftermarket bumper that doesn't fit correctly, broken fog light... read more
I am very happy with the service I received at Crash Champions. My car looks as good as new. Keith kept us informed during every step of the repair process, and the front desk staff was professional. I highly recommend them.
Keith was very knowledgeable and was very quick with the repair. Ashely was very quick to answer the phone and was very friendly. Great experience overall!
