GO TO A DIFFERENT REPAIR SHOP! THIS SHOP CAN'T GET IT RIGHT! HAD AN ACCIDENT MARCH 2025 WENT BACK FOR THEM TO FIX THE INITIAL ISSUE 7/2025 STILL GOT IT SCREWED UP NOW IN 9/2025! GO SOMEWHERE THEY WILL DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! THIS PLACE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUE FROM THE START! TAYLOR DOESN'T REMEMBER HALF THE SHIT SHE TELLS CUSTOMERS! LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING. JUST HORRIFIC EXPIERRENCE UPDATED PHOTOS BELOW! THIS IS RECENT!
I brought in my BMW X3 after my car was hit by another vehicle while it was parked. It needed work from bumper to bumper on the passenger side. Crash Champions did an amazing job with the repair it actually looks better now than it did before. Brandi was very friendly, professional and very nice to deal with. They went as far as to clean the inside and outside of my car. Great work! Thank you!
I don't recommend this business Crash Champions Collision body shop to no one very POOR SERVICES from management to technicians. The level of work they preformed was UNPROFESSIONAL SORRY 4 chances and I feel let down. So be very careful before you take your car to them even if the INC Company recommend them. I TOTALLY FEEL LRT DOWN!!!!
