Our car isn’t finished yet, but I have to leave a review. I have SO much respect and appreciation for the workers here. There was some odd mixup with our insurance provider and the car rental place. But, Crash Champions literally became our *champions* and have been fighting for us. Talk about good customer service!!! They’ve been more than helpful!
The entire process was horrible from beginning to end. During the quote we were told the parts would be ordered prior to dropping off the car. They weren't. We were scheduled to have our car worked on at the beginning of December, but received a call at the end of November stating they were overbooked and needed to push us back. They then wanted to schedule over Christmas, when the shop would be closed for a couple of days for the holiday. So it was then rescheduled for January. This by far was the worst experience in my life!!!! I repeat do not take your vehicle to this place!!! I drop my car off in October for repairs where I hit a deer!! I had to demand for service and I didn’t receive until December!!! My insurance company was told they weren’t VIP!! So they took the time to fix my car!!!! On top of that it took them from October to December to see my seat belt needed to be replaced!!! They are nice and polite but as far as communication with customers and rental car services they lack heavily. Very bad with time lines when vehicle is supposedly ready time line kept getting pushed up a week. The rental car company gave us a hard time so we had to stay on top of crash champions always asking when will vehicle be available. The thing is every pick up date was false until we finally got the vehicle back after a month plus a week.
