I was referred here by Geico to have my rear bumper replaced after a small accident. I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment time but they had no problem getting me in early. Previously had my 2011 Kia Forte fixed at Graham's auto body shop. My vehicle was only 3 months old at the time and they stated on the estimate that they would have all OEM parts on, and even charged the insurance company for OEM parts. This morning I went to get a round about estimate on my passenger mirror. I got hit yesterday while my car was parked.my passenger mirror got damaged. i called my insurance company and they told me that Rick Hendricks will be the one to do the job. My experience was wonderful at Rick Hendricks. They kept me informed the entire process and my car was delivered a day earlier than expected.
Where to start. Well, I hit a deer on my way to work. I called the insurance company and asked where they wanted me to take it to get it appraised. They sent me to Rick Hendrick's collision. I got there at the appointment time. Waited 15 minutes for the appraiser. While I was waiting, the secretary tried to be helpful by scheduling a time for the repair work.
