Great experience taking my car in for body work. The staff especially Ms. Marilyn went above and beyond to make sure that they always kept me updated on the status of the repair at all times. Would definitely recommend
Bad experience work was half done . Jeep bumper piece was missing
Brought my wife’s car here to get fixed. Front bumper was just scratched but since we went through insurance they decided to replace the entire bumper. Told us it would be ready next week. It comes. They tell us sorry it’ll actually be ready the following week. That week comes. Still not fixed and told it would be the FOLLOWING week. After calling and fussing them out I found out they ordered the part on an aftermarket site instead of going through Toyota. Once I had them go through Toyota they got it fixed the same week.
