Bad repair front bumper coming off. The Chevrolet symbol was silver when I got it back it was black. Had a hole in the roof nobody knew about. They claim was there and it was not. I took it back up there they told me I must have been in another wreck for the front bumper to come loose and was nasty about it. They never had it on right from the start. Never again will I go to this ghetto run place.
They did an Excellent Job on my car when they repaired it. Then a couple months later when there was an issue with a part, they made it right. No push back, no attitude, they just apologized and made it right on the spot. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle!
So I have been quite unlucky in my car adventures recently(seems to be a 2025 thing never happened before but were going on three accidents this year none classified as my fault just unlucky I guess), but I have been super luckly to have worked with Marilyn and the team at the Effingham location both times my vehicle has needed to go in the shop in the last three months.
