Worst experience ever..!! My car has been with them for over 2 months now (Since end july) and everytime I call them they say parts are on backorder from Honda. Recently they received parts (on 21st sept) and confirmed that they begun the repair but they still haven't provided any documentation to my insurance to substantiate against the parts delay i.e the date they were ordered.
