Scam!! Stay away! Got into a collision accident and got introduced by a towing guy that works for the city of Houston to tow my car away to a body shop. I got convinced by that guy that this body shop is a great one. Got there and they told me to sign several paperwork allowing them to “prepare for my insurance inspection” for a repair estimate. They have never mentioned anything about any fee associated with it, nor if i don’t end up choosing them for my service. Got the inspector sent over the estimate with they cover ever... read more
Amazing customer service. Especially the woman at the front, Rosa I believe. Super kind and helpful in a stressful time.
I would not recommend this place. We had our car up at this place for 2 months. No curtsey vehicle so, our car rental bill was getting stacked up. There no accountability or ownership for the delay.
They did an amazing job on my car even though it took longer than usual but it was worth it thank you to the staff for all there hard work and everything. Happy holidays🎄🎆
