My car's battery died so we had a towing company come get it, and they accidentally backed into it- causing damage to the back bumper. Insurance company recommended, so we left our car here while we went on a trip to visit family for 10 days, when we come back- THE CAR DID NOT MOVE SINCE WE HAD BEEN THERE LAST! We arrived around 1 and waited 30 minutes for them to get back from lunch as the note said "will be back around 1:15". I got my truck back from performance collision today. My wife went and picked it up and brought it back to me at the Fire Station. When she arrived I couldn’t help but notice that there are many discrepancies with the repairs. For starters the skid plate was mounted crooked like noticeably crooked. When I got under it they didn’t even mount it with the correct bolts just some random ones that aren’t supposed to be in there. I loosened it and put it back where it is supposed to be. Performance Auto Body was recommended by my insurance company when I made a claim after a deer ran into the side of my car. They looked at the car first thing Monday morning, had the estimate to the insurance company and the parts ordered by Monday afternoon, and the car was fixed and ready to be picked up before they closed on Friday. if you value your car at all do not take to this garage they are very very sketchy people to have work on your car. after I hit a deer my insurance agency took my car there. after the work with finish they called me and told me my car was ready. on pon getting there I noticed that the hood was not lined up right with the fender. they then fix that.
