I've been there twice for repairs to my car after other people hit me. First time went well, so I went back again. Second time they quoted me just under $2000 for the repairs to my truck's tailgate, rear bumper and tail light. Then the insurance company told them they would pay $2100. They suddenly raised their price and it included less repairs (they did NOT replace my cracked tailgate).
