We stopped into Performance Chrysler earlier today with our three kids, and it was already quite a morning. We had tried to get our tires changed at Costco, but the lock keys were too tight, so they weren't able to. We then went to Canadian Tire and waited over an hour for them to tell us they weren't able to do it. I bought a Jeep with a Warranty from Tao on March 25th. During the process I was misled about the acceptable amount of tire tread they would sell the Jeep with. I was told at 75% percentage of tire life they would replace the tires for me and ultimately after I signed the sales agreement I was then told different numbers in mm's (5mm) why I wouldn't be getting new tires.
