Very disappointing experience..! i stored my winter tires with performance mercedes st. catharines, and when they were reinstalled, i was told one had a nail in it “non-repairable.” the tires were in perfect condition before storage. when i questioned how that could happen, i was told, “we’re not in the business of inserting nails into tires” and that i was welcome to take them back. not exactly the level of accountability or customer care i’d expect from a mercedes dealership. want me to make it sound slightly more diplomat... read more
