I have been a long time Mercedes owner. I have dealt with other dealerships and have always been treated honestly and with respect, until this dealership. I bought a C43 AMG. I was told that I should buy the wheel and rim First Class Warranty because it covers all issues with both. I have never been so disappointed. I was told by the service manager that two rims were bent and not covered. I read my warranty and it clearly said it was covered. They insisted that rims were only covered if cracked. I recently purchased a vehicle from Performance Mercedes-Benz in St. Catharines, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The staff were knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to understand what I was looking for—without any pressure or upselling tactics. Matt was excellent from the jump especially, very informative and anytime I had a question he was there. Special thanks to Shobhit and Dan as well. Overall amazing.
