They not only kept my rug for weeks and did not call to tell me it was ready but when it was returned, it was not cleaned. They took it back & after I had to call again, after two weeks, it was delivered and laid out w assistance of our housekeeper. When we, my husband & I adjusted its placement later that day, we discovered not only did it still smell (not cleaned) but a 2’x4’ area was wet!! The new pad was damp as well as was our wood floor! Totally dissatisfied w this business!
I called and made an appointment for 830am for a couch and master bedroom to be cleaned. The scheduler quoted me $150.00-$160.00 total depending on size of couch. After I had taken the day off, they didn't show up. I contacted them and they explained the previous nights storm had them preoccupied and that they would be later in the afternoon around 1pm.
