Most of the time my experiences have been good but today it left so much to be desired. The people where I could ask questions and pay were being counseled and did not listen well. I asked for special attention to highway bugs - nope. I got home and had to clean lights, grill, hood , side mirrors and guards with bug remover. I would say standing back to look would have made the difference. The car had just been to Little Rock and back it wasn’t like it was heavy and baked on. I have been getting my oil changed and car washed at performance for about 2-3 years and I cannot express How happy and satisfied I am. There are a number of places that you can choose to get an oil change and I’ve been to a lot of of them. But what separates performance from the rest is the service. It’s no nonsense, No hassle and the guys are always polite, helpful and they never try to sell me something I don’t need. Which is rare these days.
