I had an amazing experience at the car wash today!! Jarvis was so kind and explained to me the details of the membership, car wash, and vacuuming! I’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a great and quick experience!
Nobody answering the phone
Most of the time my experiences have been good but today it left so much to be desired. The people where I could ask questions and pay were being counseled and did not listen well. I asked for special attention to highway bugs - nope. I got home and had to clean lights, grill, hood , side mirrors and guards with bug remover. I would say standing back to look would have made the difference. The car had just been to Little Rock and back it wasn’t like it was heavy and baked on.
