Paid over $1,200 for a head unit installation in my 2011 Subaru Outback. Sound quality was poor after installation. When I returned I was told that's just how it sounds. Had to take it to Ralph's who found the crossovers were set incorrectly and adjusted the settings — sound is now significantly better. Performance should have properly configured and tested the system before returning the vehicle to me. Disappointing lack of attention to detail for the price paid.
