we hired CHAD MCCLUTCHY from performance building Co / his family company for roofing and siding project. I really thought these guys would be great being so local to me I was wrong. his contractors barely spoke a word of English, wasted a ton of material unnecessarily but that's not why I'm leaving a review. They skipped basic steps such as wrapping exterior walls installing significant amounts of ice and water, flashing in certain corners.
