I can’t speak highly enough about Performance Boutique. They took my car in with a no start issue and had it fixed in the time promised when others could not figure out the problem. Very professional, excellent service and HONEST people. It is near impossible to find an honest tech these days without being gouged or taking advantage of. These guys are the most honest people I have come across, and I have been in the automotive business for over 30 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.
1 star I have been coming to Performance Boutique for some time, and I really did not want to write a negative review. I have actually waited before writing this because I wanted to give myself some time, but this experience continues to bother me every single day. I had an ongoing issue with my 1999 Skyline that ANOTHER shop couldn’t resolve they kept my car for a month, charged me $1,000, and returned it in worse condition, claiming they couldn’t figure it out. Performance Boutique was the complete opposite experience. Within a week, they diagnosed and fixed the problem and kept me updated throughout the process. Super knowledgeable, honest, and efficient team. Highly recommend if you want your car handled properly the first time.
I’ve been meaning to write a review, I had such a good experience at performance boutique; I ordered an AWE straightpipe exhuast for my M4, and had it installed in a such a short time. I’ve had it for 2 years now without any issues. And shoutout to Brittany for all her help, she went above and beyond from the ordering process to sending pictures and videos while my car was in the shop. Highly recommend PB
