Cost me $1300 to fix a noise in the rear of my vehicle and the noise is worse then ever and when we leave a message no return phone call. Wouldn’t trust these dealership for any reason. Next stop BBB and a news station to blast this dealership.
I would not send a lawn mower to them to be serviced. All they do is lie to you. They tell you your car will be finished on a certain date but that day comes and goes. Weeks go by and they still lie about when it will be done. The manager for the body shop and the general manager are very rude when you call and try to get answers as to why they have your vehicle so long. NEVER take your vehicle to them....worst ever
My wife scheduled an oil change and service about a week before Christmas for 4 p.m. today. She luckily called to confirm this and was told they did not have her scheduled and could not do the service today. Very poor customer service and leaves the feeling that once they get you to sign on the dotted line, they could care less. I DO NOT recommend this dealership!!!
