Great work & wonderful customer service! I've had body work done on my 02 Santa Fe a couple of times here and the work has been outstanding! James is very nice to deal with and will explain all the details to you and make sure your vehicle comes out ooking as good as it did when it was brand new!
At Performance they treat the customer & the car with the best of care. The experience was excellent from estimate to pick-up. Car was ready sooner than expected. I have been using Performance for 15 years & will continue to use them.
PBR is a first class body shop. They repaired my Lexus and you would never know it had been repaired. Matching the paint is a process and they matched the color perfectly. I would highly recommend them if you want a quality job!
Best service I have ever experienced in the Collision Repair business. Car was ready as promised. After some research I found out I can request only new, dealer parts if available and not used after market parts be used to repair my 2013 Honda. I had to get this approved by my insurance company. But I had to ask! Good to know!!!!
This is excellent auto shop that I have ever dealt with. Front desk staff is so wonderful and friendly -of course knowledge. James- manager is awesome!! I got accident on 6/13/16 and he repaired it on 6/16/16. He is very very knowledgable and prompt. He accommodate my schedule every way he can. My previous body shop really screwed up my new SUV so I called the KIA dealership I purchased from and asked where they send vehicles when they need repairs. They sent me to Performance. James Fultz was the nicest guy to work with and ended up fixing the mistakes my other body shop made. Great place to have body work done should you ever need it.
