I wouldn't normally write a bad review unless it was an absolutely awful experience. Here is what happened. I recently purchased a bike and built it up. I needed brake lever clamps and some brackets to attach my brakes. I walked in to the store and went to the mechanic area. There was one mechanic working and which didn't acknowledge me for the first 5 minutes. I understanding how frustrating it is to constantly be interrupted when trying to work on a bike waited. Every time I've been to this location, I've gotten exceptional service. The guys there are always helpful and don't talk down to me like they're cooler than me. A couple of days ago, I went in there because I couldn't get my bike computer to work right, my cleats mounted onto my new tri bike shoes, and my rear tire changed because I can't do it without popping a new tube.
