Great customer service, unfortunately going out of business.
This location is now permanently closed. Too bad because it was a great shop and the staff was awesome.
Large selection of top brand bikes like Fuji, kids bikes, clothes, shoes ,and bike accessories. There is usually a sale and staff was helpful.
My boyfriend took his bike in for a tune-up. $350 later... he had a broken headlight & a several new parts. When we got home & took the bike for a ride, it was in worse shape than before the so-called "tune-up". I purchased a brand new bike. We spent just under a grand. My boyfriend took his bike back & had Jeff the manager took at it. Jeff spent over 30 minutes making adjustments to the $350 tune-up. Although Jeff attempted to make things right, I'm very upset.
